The Weekly Word   Date: 2/24/02 8:21:52 PM Pacific Standard Time  Greetings to all my brothers and sisters in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, this is Rev. Nathaniel White Jr. pastor of Higher Call Deliverance Tabernacle inc. This week's subject is titled " The Consequences of Greed when it is not God."  This week's word shall be coming from the book of Luke chapter 12 verses 16 thru 34.  When reading this portion of scripture you will see how this rich fool did not share and also how this rich fool had placed his materials before the Master. This rich fool when the Lord blessed him he torn down his old barns of storage and put up bigger barns of new. For this rich fool builds a security in himself and not in Christ. For we as children of God must be secure in Christ and not secure in material. For Jesus says unto us in the 21st verse "So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God. This simply that the richest person is not rich toward God. For God cannot be matched nor brought with riches or materials in life. The Lord knows that you need materials and you need things but the Lord says in the 31st verse "but rather seek ye the kingdom of God and all these things shall be added unto you." Christ says I know what you want and I know what you need, but just seek me first and put me first and I shall provide for you, for I am the God of more than enough.  We as children of God we must know that besides a mighty God and a allsome God the Lord to is an gellious God. That why we must put the Lord first and let Him know that we love Him daily.  Well, my brothers and sisters in Christ may the Lord continue to bless you and your families, this is Rev.
