June 10, 2004: Martin F. Horn, New York City Department of Correction Commissioner opened the Championship game with the toss of the ball. From start to finish, this was a battle to the end. OBCC had the lead by more than six points, but the home team ARDC got mad and bad on the court! Big J aka Captain Jameson formerly from OBCC put ARDC on the winning map by scoring two baskets with seconds left in the game! The game was the real deal with many of the staff members floating in the air! Great Game Produced by New York's Boldest Staff! All Photos by Ralph E Smith
