September 10, 2001  Word for the Week! THE TOPIC OF THIS WEEKS MESSAGE IS ''Were Are God's Doers?"  Coming this week from the book of James chapter 1 verses 19 through 25. Now after reading that portion of God's word, God is letting alot of us to know that we have been hearers of the word of God long enough. For it now time for us as children of God to be doers of the word of God. For being an doer of the word of God is an test of obedience, we need to ask ourselves are we passing that test. We must put God first in all our ways of our living, we do work, we do school, we do home, but we need to ask ourselves do we do God and do we do Him first.In the 23th verse  the Word is saying if you are just an hearer you shall be like a person that looks at him seif in the mirror, meaning once you step away from the mirror your reflection of yourself is gone. But one being both an hearer and a doer of the word of God the reflection and the image of the word of God shall always be there and upon you. This Rev.
